Simona Furini has more than 15 years of experience in a variety of base building and interior architecture projects throughout the United States and abroad.

Ms. Furini’s career began in Milan, Italy where she spent 8 years working on a number of commercial, residential, and retail projects. In the mid-1990’s, Ms. Furini came to the United States and worked for both Gensler and Morris Architects. During this time Ms. Furini worked on both public and private sector projects, including several prestigious hospitality and resort projects. In 2005, Ms. Furini founded her own design firm, focusing on boutique-quality, small-scale retail, hospitality and residential projects.

Ms. Furini joined DMJM Rottet in 2007 and has been an Associate Principal with Rottet Studio since its inception in 2008. At Rottet Studio, Ms. Furini has broadened her experience to include high-end commercial and hospitality projects throughout the United States and Europe. As a project leader, Furini gives clients a high level of competency in design, management and construction, with a unique passion for detail and project delivery.

Ms. Furini obtained her architectural registration in Milan, Italy in 1993.
