Kai Broms brings twenty years of professional management and design experience to the leadership of Rottet Studio. As a vital member of the Rottet Studio design team, Mr. Broms has earned a reputation for leading large-scale projects to successful completion.

Mr. Broms’ architectural and management skills are reflected in his diverse portfolio of innovative interiors projects in the U.S. and abroad. His experience as a project manager and designer provides him with detailed knowledge of the planning and building process. He is an expert in assembling a project team and ensuring that the clients’ goals and functional requirements are synthesized with the aesthetic and technical components of each project.

Mr. Broms has worked with Lauren Rottet and Richard Riveire for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Rottet Studio, Broms practiced with DMJM Rottet and its predecessor firm, Keating Mann Jernigan Rottet (KMJR). He also spent three years in the interior design studio of Audrey Alberts, working on major civic projects for the cities of Escondido, Santa Clarita and Rancho Mirage, California and residential projects in California and Arizona.

Mr. Broms’ talents also reach to the design of contract furnishings. His portfolio includes the elegant Tableau collection of casegoods for Steelcase and the versatile, wall-hung Abacus casegoods line for Halcon, both in collaboration with Lauren Rottet and Richard Riveire.
